NIOD’s Copper Amino Isolate Serum 3:1 (CAIS3) is built directly around GHK-Cu, the copper peptide covered in our dedicated guide, at a stated 1% concentration, alongside an additional 1% GHK peptide, the same tripeptide without the copper bound to it. This is a more direct, single-ingredient-focused formula than the multi-peptide products covered elsewhere on this site, built specifically around the carrier-peptide mechanism: copper delivery intended to support the skin’s own collagen-related processes.
