Power Serum – Line-lifting Transformation
HydroPeptide Power Serum combines six named peptides across two of the functional categories covered in our field guide to peptide types: peptides intended to support the skin’s own structural, collagen-related processes, and peptides designed to soften the look of expression lines by interfering with the signaling behind repeated muscle contractions.
The formula’s structural trio, Palmitoyl Dipeptide-5 Diaminobutyroyl Hydroxythreonine, Palmitoyl Tripeptide-5, and Tetradecyl Aminobutyroylvalylaminobutyric Urea Acetate, is intended to support the appearance of firmer, plumper-looking skin.
A second trio, Acetyl Dipeptide-1 Cetyl Ester, Dipeptide Diaminobutyroyl Benzylamide Diacetate, and Acetyl Hexapeptide-30, works through the same general mechanism covered in our guide to acetyl hexapeptide-8: interfering with the signaling behind small, repeated muscle contractions to support a smoother-looking appearance around expression lines.
The formula also includes hyaluronic acid for hydration, along with an antioxidant blend that includes a birch bark extract and a soy-derived ingredient the brand markets as Phytosan K.
As with any cosmetic peptide product, results are supported at the level of appearance, not treatment. This serum may support the look of firmer skin and softer expression lines with consistent use; it does not treat or reverse any skin condition.
